AI Integration

AI Integration Services

Chatbots, AI agents, RAG, and content generation — production-grade AI for SMBs and growing products. Built on a multi-provider stack (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Cloudflare Workers AI, self-hosted Mistral). We pick the right model for the job — and we will tell you when AI is not the right tool at all.

Proof

Production AI, not demos

The AI chatbot on reformedtech.org and our Canadian site reformedtech.ca is our own production system. It qualifies inbound leads, asks the questions a human salesperson would ask, decides when there is a real opportunity, and emails our team a curated brief. The patterns transfer: support triage, customer onboarding, internal knowledge assistants, and content pipelines all work the same way. We have built RAG over our internal documentation using pgvector and OpenAI embeddings — and we will stand the same architecture up for your knowledge base.
The AI integration market is full of demos and overpromises. Our differentiator is honesty about what AI can and cannot do for your specific use case. We start every engagement with a feasibility check: a few questions about the problem you are trying to solve. If a rules-based system or a simple integration is the right answer, we will say so — even when it costs us the project. When AI is the right answer, we pick the right model for the job (we use OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini 3, Cloudflare Workers AI, and self-hosted Mistral across different engagements) and run rigorous evaluations before anything ships to production.
Capabilities

What we build

Four AI capabilities we ship today. We have intentionally trimmed this list to the work we can show you. We do not list voice, vision, custom fine-tuning, or AI-driven analytics here, because we have not shipped them. If you need one of those, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well or whether you are better off with a specialist.

AI Chatbots & Virtual Assistants

Customer-support chatbots, lead-qualification assistants, and internal knowledge bots — built on OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini depending on the workload. Currently running on reformedtech.org and our Canadian site reformedtech.ca; the same patterns transfer to your product.

AI Agents & Workflow Automation

Agents that make decisions, call tools, collect information through conversation, and trigger downstream actions. Our own sales agent qualifies leads, asks the right questions, and decides when to email our team — the same pattern works for support triage, onboarding, and lead routing.

Content Generation

Marketing copy, product descriptions, and structured content pipelines. Brand-voice via prompt design and few-shot examples — we do not custom-fine-tune models, because in most cases prompt engineering and retrieval do the job at a fraction of the cost.

RAG & Document Q&A

Retrieval-augmented generation over your documents and knowledge bases — natural-language queries with sourced answers. Built on pgvector with OpenAI embeddings; we run RAG in our own internal tooling and stand it up the same way for clients.

Process

How an engagement runs

Six steps. The first one is the most important: we will tell you in the discovery call if AI is not the right tool for your problem. Engagements include explicit evaluation and red-teaming before deploy — production AI fails differently than CRUD code, and we treat it that way.

  1. 01

    Discovery & feasibility

  2. 02

    Strategy & model selection

  3. 03

    Build & integrate

  4. 04

    Evaluation & red-teaming

  5. 05

    Deploy & monitor

  6. 06

    Iterate on real usage

Want AI in your product?

Start with an assessment. We will ask a few questions about your use case to see if AI is the right fit. If yes, you get a scoped proposal with a model recommendation and a roadmap. If no, we will tell you that too — and recommend a simpler tool.
